REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSAL
SCOPE OF WORK:
Bid on removing old existing floor carpeting and dispose from Kimaw Medical clinic building, front lobby area and Back of clinic area known as provider area. These areas are to be replaced by a vinyl plank style Even Plane and color to be determined by Kimaw Medical. In addition, there are areas that have bubbles in the flooring that need to be replaced with the same style flooring.
