K'ima:w Medical Center Governing Board

To fulfill its duties and obligations to the community, the Governing Board shall maintain and operate the ambulatory care center and other related or supplemental services on the Hoopa Valley Indian Reservation. The Governing Board shall employ such persons as necessary to operate the clinic and carry out what other services the Governing Board may direct. The Governing Board is responsible for ensuring that K’ima:w Medical Center’s programs and facilities are properly accredited and that such accreditation is protected and maintained.Governing Board Members
