1. Introduction

K’ima:w Medical Center invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for a comprehensive phone services solution. The goal is to implement a reliable, secure, HIPAA-compliant, and cost-effective communication system to support patient care and internal operations across multiple facilities.

2. Organization Overview

- Facilities: 13 on-campus buildings and 3 off-campus sites
- Staff/Lines: Approximately 180 staff with ~200 service lines
- Services Provided: Ambulatory Care, Dental, Behavioral Health, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, MAT, Diabetes Management, Ambulance, Telemedicine, Out Reach, and specialty care

3. Scope of Work & Requirements

3.1 System Requirements:
- VoIP or hybrid system (cloud-hosted preferred)
- Multi-line, auto-attendant, and advanced call routing
- EHR integration capability
