Job Summary:

The Executive Secretary (ES) acts as a resource in development of K’ima:w Medical Center (KMC) health care programs in keeping with the overall policies established by the Governing Board, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines, in order that the strategic objectives of KMC be attained.

Minimum requirements:

  • Master’s degree from four-year college or university, with major study in health care administration, public health administration, or related fields such as business or public administration; and at least two years’ experience with Native American Programs which include health care administration, budgets, supervision, and work with tribal organizations and communities; OR,
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, with major study in health care administration, public health administration, or related fields such as business or public administration; and at least four years’ experience with Native American Programs which include health care administration, budgets, supervision, and work with tribal organizations and communities; OR,
  • Associate degree from a community college; and at least six years’ experience with Native American Programs which include health care administration, budgets, supervision, and work with tribal organizations and communities; OR,
  • No degree; and at least 8 years’ experience with Native American Programs which include health care administration, budgets, supervision, and work with tribal organizations and communities.
  • Operation of Native American Programs for health care preferred

Salary Range:

$25.67 - $33.68 per hour DOE
