COVID-19 Testing Information for Patients with Medi-Cal

GET FREE AT-HOME COVID-19 ANTIGEN TESTS

HAVE MEDI-CAL? Follow these steps:



1. Get the Medi-Cal card(s) for each person in your family.

• Each person with a Medi-Cal or Medicare card can receive up to 8 tests (or 4 boxes if each box has 2 tests) each month

• Test availability may be limited by store supply

2. Go to a pharmacy or store with a pharmacy.

3. Go to the counter where prescriptions are dropped off. Staff at other registers cannot give out COVID-19 test.

4. Show your Medi-Cal card(s) and ask for 8 at-home COVID-19 tests for each person.

5. Take your tests home. If you need more tests next month, repeat these steps.

Pharmacist can use this prescription to provide 8 at-home COVID-19 tests for each person.
